The ALPHA 2000 Test Lane is an integrated and modern test lane for professional inspections of vehicles with total weight up to 3.5 t.

The test lane is intended for use in PTI/MoT centers as well as in automotive workshops and service stations.

ALPHA is the most cost-effective way to quickly modernize PTI centers. The test lane is compatible with the floor recesses of the popular old devices that were not manufactured by UNIMETAL, allowing the transition to the most modern systems without any construction work and bearing high costs.

The test lane comes in two versions:

– the pit version (the devices are installed along workshop pits),

– the compact version (the devices are installed in floor recesses, e.g. when the PTI center is equipped with a vehicle lift).

The test lane consists of the following devices:

1. Side slip tester: SST-2200

2. Suspension tester: SAT-2400/SAT-2400C

3. Roller brake tester: RBT-2080/RBT-2080C

4. Play detector: PDT-2040

The test lane can be extended to include other UNIMETAL devices such as:

– exhaust gas analyser,

– opacimeter,

– EOBD diagnostics information reader,

– Quantum wheel aligner for cars,

– headlight beam tester.
