Speedometer SPT-4-C is a device used to test vehicles speed indicators by comparing its measurement with measures taken on a test device. It is intended to use for vehicles with max axle load up to 3 t.
Measurement is taken with the use of the induction sensor. The maximal speed test is 140 km/h.
