LDV & HDV Universal Test Lanes

ALPHA 5000 Test Lane is a fully integrated modern test lane for professional inspections of vehicles with total weight up to and above 3.5 t including cars, light commercial vehicles, trucks, buses, motorcycles/mopeds, tractors, trailers and 4×4 drive vehicles.

ALPHA 5000 Test Lane is intended for professional use in PTI/MoT centers  as well as in automotive workshops and service stations. It complies with the most demanding standards of inspection bodies and leading vehicle manufacturers. The UNILINE QUANTUM system combines the proven mechanical design with very latest technologies.

ALPHA is the most cost-effective way to quickly modernize PTI centers. The test lane is compatible with the floor recesses of the popular old devices that were not manufactured by UNIMETAL, allowing the transition to the most modern systems without any construction work and bearing high costs.

The test lane consists of:
1. Side Slip Tester: SST-5250
2. Suspension Tester: SAT-2400/SAT-2400C
3. Roller Brake Tester: RBT-5400U/RBT-5500U
4. Play Detector: PDT-5200

Test lanes can be extended with other UNIMETAL devices, such as:
– exhaust gas analyser,
– opacimeter,
– EOBD diagnostics information reader,
– UniGeo wheel aligner,
– headlight tester.

Equipment sets can be configured by adding individual functionalities:
– a lifting system of the whole device to load the axle of the tested vehicle,
– a lift to facilitate entry and exit of low-profile vehicles,
– longer rollers for oversized vehicles,
– a weighing system,
– an electromagnetic brake,
– a Smooth Start system to ensure a soft start and assist exit,
– an auto-detection of drive type and 4×4 vehicle test mode.
